If you are wanting to exchange a garment, we offer a 30-day exchange policy on FULL PRICED items. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service team for instructions on initiating an exchange.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We take great care in ensuring that all our products are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via hello@tyvm.com
We will gladly offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit for any item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To process the return, please provide a photo of the item and a description of the issue. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that shipping costs for returning faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us. Once we have verified the issue, we will arrange for a swift resolution. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing you with a positive shopping experience.
