TYVM Returns Policy
At TYVM, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns process works:
Full-Priced Items

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return:

Visit the “Returns” tab on our website to access the return slip.

Fill out the return slip with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.

Email the completed return slip to sales@tyvm.com.

Include a printed copy of the return slip in the package with your items.

Items sent back without first requesting a return via the return slip process will not be accepted.

Please note: Items with dust, fluff, cologne, perfume, or any signs of wear will not be eligible for return.

Processing may take up to 5 business days once we receive your return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding duties, taxes, and shipping charges, which are non-refundable.

We recommend using tracked postage and retaining proof of shipment (e.g., a receipt) for your records. TYVM is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your selection, we’re happy to exchange it for an item of equal value, though please note that shipping costs for the exchange will be at your expense.
Sale Items & Bundles

All sale items, including bundles, are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Orders with Discount Codes

All orders purchased with a discount code can only be returned for an exchange or store credit; cash refunds are not available.
Price Adjustments

We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for full-priced items that are later discounted during a sale.
Underwear
-
For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Your Return

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied (see below).

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postage service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at sales@tyvm.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and make it right. Follow the same return slip process via the “Returns” tab, and we’ll work with you to resolve it, which may include a refund, exchange, or store credit, in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Note: We cannot offer a refund, exchange, or repair for items damaged due to misuse, unusual wear, or improper care (e.g., incorrect washing). In such cases, we may request sufficient evidence to evaluate the claim before providing a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@tyvm.com.
